Terms of Service

Azina · a product of Visual Business Advert · Last updated October 2026

These terms cover your use of Azina, a point-of-sale and accounting app for small businesses. By registering a business on Azina, you agree to them.

The service

Azina lets you track stock, record sales, log expenses, manage clients, and — for businesses that process raw materials into something new — record production runs and see real, computed costs. It works offline and syncs when you're back online.

Free trial and subscription

45-day free trial, then $10 / month per device

Each device (phone, branch) pays its own subscription. Your trial starts the moment you register and cannot be reset by reinstalling the app or clearing its storage — it's tracked against your account, not your phone. One free trial is given per business: if a business registers again with a different email, its trial continues from the date it first registered.

Once your trial ends, selling, recording purchases, and logging expenses are paused until you subscribe. Your existing data is not deleted — it's waiting for you when you subscribe.

Azina works offline, but it must connect to the internet at least once every 20 days to confirm your subscription. If a phone has not been online for more than 20 days, or its date and time have been set incorrectly, the app pauses until it is online again. Your sales and stock stay safe on the phone while you are offline.

You can pay by Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel, Uganda numbers, +256) or by bank transfer, and card payments will be added. Mobile Money and bank payments are confirmed by us once the money arrives in our account, usually within a few hours. Whichever method you choose may apply its own transaction or conversion fees on top of the subscription price — those fees belong to your payment provider, not Azina.

Your responsibilities

Your data

You own the business data you enter into Azina. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and protected. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Service availability

Azina is offline-first — you can keep selling without an internet connection, and your device syncs once it's back online. We aim for the backend service to be reliably available, but like any online service, it can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or by factors outside our control.

Changes to the service

We actively develop Azina and may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll aim to keep core functionality — selling, recording what you've sold, and seeing your reports — stable and reliable throughout.

Ending your subscription

You can stop paying at any time; your access simply reverts to the locked, trial-expired state described above, with your data preserved. There's no further charge once you stop paying.

Limitation of liability

Azina is provided as a tool to help run your business — it is not financial, tax, or legal advice. You're responsible for decisions you make using the figures Azina calculates, and for complying with your own country's tax and business regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, where Visual Business Advert is registered.
